We are Adrian and Lara McCormack — the partnership behind the partnership!
We’re full-time locals who, between us, have decades of professional experience in the food and beverage industry as well as running a number of successful businesses in various sectors.
Our dream is coming true!
We love the journey we’ve been on and creating delicious food in the bistro and are grateful for what we’ve achieved and the success we enjoy.
We are excited to take a new journey and build From Scratch Foods into an equally strong food retail business, and see our products available in quality grocers throughout the region and beyond!

How it all came to be…
From Scratch Foods Inc. was incorporated in 2011 and is located in Fairmont Hot Springs, B.C.
We have created a popular haven for food lovers offering delicious, fresh and seasonal products to dine in, take out or shop away.
Our approach to From Scratch is to avoid the ordinary and average!
We want to create joy and fun in all aspects of the business from how the in-house product line is presented to menu design to customer service level. We are creating items we love hoping we are not alone in our taste!
